Construction Services
Our philosophy towards our construction and engineering services is very simple: we strive to undertake ALL types of work, big or small.
We can handle new build projects on both green and brown field sites and have the ability to tackle speculative developments. As members of the NHBC, this includes new home construction.
We've also worked extensively in the public sector and have been involved in the construction of a diverse mix of projects such as community centres, treatment works and offices.
Naturally, we carry out a significant amount of alteration work which includes changes to hospitals, commercial buildings, housing developments and individual homes.
Another valuable service to our clients is maintenance and repair work which can be carried out on either a time or contract basis.
Structural remedial work, often including the rescue and restoration of listed buildings, is an important part of our services profile. Much of this work has been carried out on a contract basis although design and build packages are also available.

Engineering
Capable of taking on civil engineering contracts we boast a long list of successful schemes, including deep sewer repair work, car parks, retaining walls, sea and coastal defences, bridge repairs and road works.Our workshop facility allows us to produce quality products including windows, display cabinets, reception counters and bespoke commercial kitchen fittings.
As members of the Scottish Master Slaters' and Roof Tilers' Association, we are approved to carry out roofing projects not only within its own subcontract works but also as a package on subcontractor slating work.
We also have extensive experience in civil, industrial, structural, building design and design engineering.
